You see your full FAIQ score for free, and you can preview the entire report before paying — so you never buy blind. Because of that, the report is sold as final. Here's exactly how that works, plainly.

You see it before you buy
Your FAIQ score, percentile, and confidence band are free and shown the moment you finish. And the sample report is the exact report you unlock — same depth, same design. Nothing about the purchase is hidden, so there are no surprises to refund.
The report is final once unlocked
The full report is one-time digital content delivered instantly — a single €2.99 payment, with the price shown before you start. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Because it’s revealed in full the moment you pay, all sales are final and the report isn’t refundable once unlocked.
If you were charged but didn't get access
The one exception, and we’ll always make it right: if your payment went through but the report didn’t unlock — a technical fault on our side — email support@fullability.org with your certificate id or the email used at checkout. We’ll restore your access or refund that charge. You should never pay and get nothing.
EU / UK immediate access
The report is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, once the report is unlocked, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies — as EU and UK consumer law permits for digital content you’ve begun to access.
Your free score
Your FAIQ score is always free — there’s nothing to pay for it and nothing to refund. It stays yours regardless of whether you ever buy the report.
